They wanted to integrate third-party tools and maintain existing workflows while ensuring the system could scale with their business growth. Importantly, they needed to retain their Zoho Creator backend to preserve operational consistency, even as they added new features.

- Variety of bays: Tracer Golf offers three types of bays—Regular, Premium, and Pro—each tailored to different skill levels and preferences, ensuring golfers find their ideal setup.
