Background
Jaac emerged from an innovative idea to revolutionize the F&B industry, aiming to transform people's restaurant experiences. Our client sought to digitize and streamline the dining process, and our team wholeheartedly embraced this goal, collaborating to turn it into reality.
The challenge
Two platforms
Jaac required two platforms—one for customers and another for restaurant employees. The most significant challenge was seamlessly integrating these platforms to ensure successful functionality. To address this, we meticulously designed the architecture, focusing on consistency, scalability, and efficiency to effectively manage both processes.

An easily modifiable system
We invested time in educating them about the appropriate software processes and provided guidance to achieve optimal outcomes. Our efforts led to the creation of a flexible system that enables the client to easily customize functionalities based on the unique needs and preferences of each restaurant.
The result
Jaac is a restaurant platform that prioritizes enhancing both in-house and external experiences. Comprising two apps—one for customers and another for staff—it aims to deliver streamlined and expedited service to customers, while also focusing on efficient restaurant management to better serve clients.

Our approach
The app aims to simplify and digitalize the experience when eating at a restaurant. The guest has the possibility to read the menu, change the language, choose plates, add specifications, choose payment methods, ask for assistance, and many more options.

Recommendation
Jaac helps you choose your plate. It recommends your meals based on your previous orders and preferences.
The restaurant application presents a multitude of functionalities aimed at digitizing and streamlining server tasks, effectively optimizing time utilization.
- A notification system to manage pending and processed orders.
- Menu’s complete management. Customize everything the guest sees. Flutter allows you to quickly modify and make changes from your phone, from language, description, order photos, order categories and items.
It also offers other smaller but useful and important functionalities:
- QR Assignment to each table
- Reports of quantity of orders
- Waiter shifts. Each waiter who enters is logged in as the person in charge of certain tables. When they leave they can disconnect from the app and won’t continue to receive notifications.
