CommonEvents
Background
Common is an event management platform designed to upgrade guest interactions before, during, and after events. By combining intuitive tools and seamless workflows, it helps organizers deliver more engaging and personalized experiences for their attendees.
The challenge
Elevating performance and UX
Common wanted to take its platform to the next level, improving app stability, boosting performance, enhancing the user experience, and ensuring design and development worked hand in hand. On top of that, they needed to optimize their Flutter implementation and set a strong foundation for scalability and consistency.
The solution
A solid foundation for growth
We began with a thorough technical assessment to identify key areas for improvement while staying aligned with the team’s needs for ongoing updates and new features. From there, we implemented an initial stabilization stage to secure the core components, followed by the introduction of new features that expanded the platform’s value.
To guarantee long-term scalability, we also executed a comprehensive refactor plan across the app and defined a design system that streamlined collaboration between design and development.
The result
The collaboration with Common delivered a stronger and more future-ready product. Working closely with the team, we reinforced the app’s stability, scaled its functionality, and introduced features that unlocked new opportunities for users and the business. The outcome was not just a more robust app, but a platform equipped to grow, adapt, and deliver greater impact over time.
