Improve the user experience
Lemon sought to offer its users a distinct experience through an app, aiming to enhance the already commendable web experience. The primary challenge was to not only retain the functionalities of their web platform but to also introduce new features, ensuring the app surpassed the website in terms of user experience.

Holistic approach
To address this, a modern app was developed that was not only aesthetically pleasing but also in line with Lemon's branding. Key functionalities included the integration of the Fenicio e-commerce system for efficient management, sales, and payment processing. The app was designed to seamlessly connect with the system used by Lemon. A holistic approach was taken, encompassing UX/UI design, QA testing, and development.
The result
The outcome was an app with impressive performance, successfully offering a better user experience than the already high-standard website. Through careful planning and execution, users now have access to an enhanced platform that combines functionality with a modern aesthetic. In the first week of the app’s launch, it hit #2 on the App Store, surpassing Lemon’s competitors rapidly.
