That’s why we operate as a remote first company, giving our teams across Latin America (and beyond!) the freedom to work from wherever they’re most productive, whether that’s a co-working space, a bright apartment, or even a beachside spot in paradise.
But connection matters. That’s why we’ve built physical hubs, our headquarters in Uruguay, co-working spaces in Argentina, and in Peru too, where Somniers can meet in person, collaborate across teams, or simply enjoy a good coffee together.

At our headquarters, we don’t just meet to work, we create opportunities to connect and break the routine. Beyond our workstations, we have unique spaces that reflect who we are and provide a moment to relax.
