The challenge
Enhancing digital services
CAA Club Group of Companies (CCG), faced the challenge of enhancing its digital services to provide a more seamless and efficient experience for both members and drivers. To achieve this, they needed a Mobile Tire Change (MTC) web app to streamline scheduling while ensuring seamless integration with their existing system. Additionally, they required a CAARescuer solution to improve driver connectivity with roadside assistance calls. This involved a product discovery process, designing and developing the app's frontend, and integrating it with their backend for real-time call management.

These new apps have redefined service efficiency and accessibility. The MTC app delivers a seamless, responsive experience across all devices and fully complies with AODA standards, ensuring roadside assistance is accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. Meanwhile, CAARescuer enhances call distribution for faster, more precise dispatching. Customers receive real-time service updates, while administrators gain full visibility into driver activity—improving coordination, efficiency, and response times.
